Some leading artists in the Netherlands wish they had more engagement and strategy from their professional representation. Falcon Artists was founded to fill that gap.
We invest time, brainpower, and actual attention into each artist. We are not just their representation, but a long-term business partner. We believe in our artists, their growth potential, and their ability to impact this industry. In addition to reacting to opportunities, we help them proactively plan and lead their careers!
We’re able to focus on personal engagement and career collaboration by having a small roster per manager. In addition, our dynamic team has a rich knowledge and broad experience in the creative industry, entrepreneurship, well being and life.
Saskia is the the CEO of Boom Chicago, and has led the comedy institution for more than 30 years.
International superstars like Seth Meyers, Oscar winner Jordan Peele, Ike Barinholtz, Kay Cannon, Amber Ruffin and the founders and creators of Ted Lasso (Jason Sudeikis, Brendan Hunt and Joe Kelly) all began their careers at Boom Chicago. Starting Falcon Artists was a way for her to take her passion, natural skills and years of relationships to the next level.
Saskia is applying some of Boom Chicago’s best practices to this new business. Ideas like ‘yes and‘ (rather than ‘yes but’), and ‘love every idea for a minute‘ are in the DNA of Falcon Management. Although her focus is the Netherlands, Saskia’s global network is quite extensive.
