Meg Buzza is currently a cast member at the BOOM! Chicago Comedy Theater in Amsterdam performing improv, musical improv and sketch 5 nights a week, Wednesday – Sunday. She was recently at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival performing with the award-winning musical improv comedy shows “Baby Wants Candy” and “Shamilton: An Improvised Hip Hop Musical”.
Raised in Northern California, Meg received a Degree in Dance from Loyola Marymount University in LA before pursuing a full-time professional dance career in NYC. It was in New York where she was told, in a dance rehearsal, that she talks too much and should “sign up for a comedy class”… and the rest is history. After facing a 2-year severe chronic illness battle, Meg began her private virtual coaching business, where she helps clients create massive breakthroughs in their careers and daily lives.
A graduate of the Upright Citizen’s Brigade in LA, she is currently developing her one-woman show “CHRONIC” at BOOM! Chicago which comedically explores her chronic illness journey, with the goal of sharing her story at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2026!
